Collage Unit Sets

Unit sets refer to multiple copies of the same form printed at the same time and bound together in sets, typically with carbon paper or carbonless paper interleaved between them.*

The term “unit set” comes from the fact that each set of forms represents a single transaction or unit of work, such as a sales order or invoice. When a user fills out the top copy of the form, the information is automatically transferred to the copies underneath, either by pressure or chemical reaction between the layers of carbonless paper. This allows multiple copies of the same form to be produced simultaneously, reducing the time and effort required to complete paperwork and improving record-keeping accuracy.

Unit sets are commonly used in industries such as manufacturing, retail, and healthcare, where multiple copies of forms are required for different departments or stakeholders.
