It’s important to take the time to ask these questions, solicit feedback, and take the pulse of how you are doing. So what happened when Wise conducted one of these surveys? What did we find?
To get our answers, we worked with Butler Street Consulting to conduct an independent Net Promoter Score survey.
Here is what we found:
1. Excellent Customer Service
We like to think we take care of our customers well, and from what our customers tell us, we do! Our customers consistently mention the exceptional customer service they receive from Wise, highlighting the responsiveness, helpfulness, and professionalism of our team.
“They are the best inside customer service people to work with on all the many printed projects that I’ve done with them.”
“Customer service is the best! Always quickly responsive with quotes, proofs, shipping information!”
“Time after time, Wise has gone out of their way to accommodate my customers’ needs. Which makes me look good and makes me a loyal Wise customer.”
2. Reliability and Dependability
We go out of our way to be a dependable partner that our customers can count on. That’s why we were thrilled to see so many customers emphasizing our reliability and dependability too.
“Everyone has always made sure I am able to get what I need when I need it and has never let me down.”
“I have always had a good relationship with Wise. I have never had a problem with the quality or service provided. The customer service representatives have been courteous and knowledgeable.”

We strive to provide our customers with the very best products. Not only do we source from the best companies, but our production team is dedicated and experienced. That’s why we were so excited to hear that our customers noticed our high standards and attention to detail.

Perhaps most importantly, we discovered just how many customers have been with us, not just for years, but for decades. Boy, are we grateful!
