BILL PRETTYMANPresident and CEO
Bill joined Wise in 1980 and became President/CEO in 1993. Prior to becoming President/CEO, he held the position of Executive Vice President. Prior to 1993, he initiated the startup of the Indiana operation in 1981 as well as the Georgia operation in 1985, both as the General Manager. Bill’s primary focus concentrates on the strategic direction of Wise. His passion is creating a vision that grows the business profitably while building customer relationships and providing a great place to work for all team members. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1980.

JEFF PRETTYMANChief Marketing Officer
Jeff joined Wise in October of 1981 and is currently Chief Marketing Officer. He has held numerous positions at Wise, including Indiana Plant General Manager, Director of Business Development, and Executive Vice President. Currently, Jeff oversees marketing and is responsible for setting strategic initiatives and implementing their tactical action items. He is also responsible for all facets of new product research, development, and implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Indiana University – Fort Wayne.

BOB SAUNDERSVice President of Sales
Bob joined Wise in 2011 as the Vice President of Sales. He has more than 35 years’ experience with public, private, and startup operations, the last 30 years focused in the print reseller marketplace. In his current role, Bob manages all sales efforts for Wise, including managing many of the relationships with the company’s major accounts, as well as business development and related strategic initiatives. Before Wise, Bob held executive-level positions with Cenveo and Printegra. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University – Ohio.

HOLLY MARTINCFO, VP Finance
Holly joined Wise in August 2021 as CFO in Alpharetta, Georgia. Holly has more than 27 years in finance and more than 20 years in the printing and paper industry. Her experience includes folding carton, corrugated, and industrial bags in both the public and private sectors. Holly formally held positions as CFO of Huber Engineered Materials, VP Finance at Mondi Industrial Bags, and Senior Division Controller for the Georgia Pacific Packaging Division. Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia with a major in accounting. Holly is a CPA and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

SALLY SPURRDirector of Continuous Improvement
Sally joined Wise in June 2006. Her educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Design and Effectiveness from Fielding Graduate University. Sally, a Six Sigma Master, brings to Wise over 18 years of broad ranging experience and success. She formerly held the positions of Operations Manager with Avery Dennison and Manufacturing Manager with General Cable.

WILL PRETTYMANGeneral Manager - Anderson, SC
Will joined the company in 2017 as General Manager, leading the label products division. He drives the division’s growth by leveraging his team’s experience and strong problem-solving skills. Playing a vital role in Wise’s success, he focuses on delivering value to customers through innovation. With a degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, Will brings a valuable technical background to his leadership position

Cynthia TurnerGeneral Manager - Alpharetta, GA.
Cynthia began her journey with Wise in 1987 as a Customer Service Representative at the Alpharetta plant, where she consistently showcased her dedication to customer satisfaction and demonstrated remarkable leadership qualities. In recognition of her exceptional abilities, she was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2011. Thanks to her continued leadership, which has garnered the respect of both her Wise colleagues and customers, Cynthia has now earned this well-deserved promotion to the position of General Manager at the Alpharetta, GA plant, effective July 1.

MAC MCNEELYGeneral Manager - Butler, PA
In October 2015, Mac rejoined Wise as the General Manager in Butler, PA. He previously worked for Wise as a Production Manager in the South Carolina facility. He has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, forms, and labels. His other print experience includes positions at Cox Communications, CFC Print Solutions, and Advanced Labelworx. Before joining Wise, he spent the previous five years as an Operations Manager at Michelin Tire. Mac graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a concentration in advertising.

CHRIS KUMFERGeneral Manager - Ft. Wayne, IN
Chris has been focused on serving our customers since 1987. After starting as a receptionist, she moved into customer service and learned all aspects of the business. She achieved her Certified Forms Consultant credentials in 1996. Chris held the Customer Service Manager and Production Manager positions before being promoted to General Manager. Chris’ knowledge allows her to work with the entire team to meet the needs of our customers and make adjustments to continuously strive to exceed industry norms. As a child, she enjoyed playing with her mother’s unused Avon order books. Now she makes books just like them. Chris has been quoted as saying she has her “dream job.”

GERRY NADEAUGeneral Manager - Portland, ME
Gerry Nadeau has over 35 years of experience in the printing industry and 32 years with our Portland location. He started as a web press operator in 1983 for Twin City Printery in Lewiston, Maine. In 1986, he started working at Maine Printing/EPX, which was later acquired by Wise. He was promoted to Facility Maintenance Manager in 2000, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on our equipment our equipment due to his strong knowledge of electrical, electronics, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. In 2011, Gerry became the Production Manager of the Portland plant. Since April of 2017, Gerry has been leading the Portland plant, continuing to improve productivity through his leadership.
